Low Price Guarantee
Many retailers offer to match prices on identical or comparable items, but only a few are willing to match total delivered price.
“Total delivered price” is important! We do not offset low prices on the items with high delivery charges and/or hidden fees and surcharges. For example: $399 for a sectional with ottoman, but $129 local curb-side delivery charge?! Not at Andrew’s Furniture.
We aim to beat our competitors’ final out-the-door prices by at least 5% (even up to 55% for certain competitors!).
Here at Andrew’s Furniture, our 20+ years in business meant we have found ways to cut operating costs and get special deals with our suppliers. We frequently monitor local ads, browse online prices, and get insider scoops with our suppliers to ensure that we offer the lowest prices possible. However, we are all human, and we may have accidentally missed something during our routine searches for the lowest price.
Rest assured! If you find a lower total delivered price (i.e. total out-the-door price) on an identical available in-stock item with accompanying services from another full-service, local retailer, we guarantee we will do our best to meet and beat that price. Even after your purchase, if you find a lower price on the same merchandise with identical services within 100 days (up to a full year for certain competitors) we will try our hardest to refund you the difference.
Eligible items must be the same brand and model, and currently in stock at the local retail competitors’ store. Requests for price match subject to verification (e.g. printed ad, URL, snapshot of the entire price tags in store setting, etc.)
The guarantee does not apply to private party sellers, and the guarantee does not apply to our competitors’:
- Offers that include bundling of items (if priced individually), free items, pricing errors and mail-in offers.
- Items that are limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, discontinued, “as-is” items, Outlet Center, and refurbished/used items.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching.
What are the “Price-matched Retail Prices” listed on select mattresses?
We actively browse local competitors’ prices, especially when they are having a sale, and we price-match the recent and lowest price we have seen on the item. We are so aggressive and confident in our prices that we even offer our everyday low prices instead of simply price-matching local competitors.
Is there a difference between “best price” and “best value?”
Yes, there is a difference. “Best price” has become synonymous with “lowest price.” On the other hand, “best value” means exactly just that: most bang for the buck. At Andrew’s Furniture, our everyday discount prices offer our customers the opportunity to stretch their dollar and get the most of what their money can buy. A good example is the bunk bed selection in our showroom! The “lowest price” bunk bed that we can bring to our customers is a catalog-special-order-only $149 solid wood twin-over-twin size bunk bed. Price is unbeatable, but the overall quality is too embarrassing for us to display. That is why the bunk beds we select to go on display in our furniture showroom offer the most durability for the price, instead of a race to rock bottom prices.
What are “cash-and-carry” prices?
If the purchase is paid with cash and customer picks up the merchandise themselves from our stores, then a lower price is possible (but not guaranteed in all cases). Discounted prices are disclosed in-store only (phone and email inquiries about the prices will be told the same prices seen online).
